Where is conference held?

2019 conference will be held at the Santa Fe convention center. Our conference hotels are the La Fonda and Eldorado Hotel & Spa, both within a short walking distance. More information on discounted hotel rooms will be announced before the end of 2018.

How much does conference cost?

A general pass to conference is $650. This price will increase to $700 on April 1st. Our general pass includes programming from Friday, May 17 through Sunday, May 19th. Workshops, bootcamps, and food tours are not included in this pass and are ticketed separately. These events will go on sale later in 2019.

When can I register?

You can register now! Click the "register now" button on the upper right of this page to purchase your pass. You do need to be a current IACP member to purchase your ticket. If you need to renew your membership, please head to www.iacp.com and login. Once you are logged in you will be prompted to renew. If you are not a current IACP member, please copy and paste this link into your browser: https://www.iacp.com/join/ to join. Once you have renewed or joined IACP you can use your IACP membership credentials to login to the conference ticketing form to purchase your pass. If you have questions or issues joining or registering, please contact membership@iacp.com

I'd like to share a hotel room at conference. Where can I find a roommate?

Once you've registered for conference, you can use the private IACP Facebook group to locate someone to share a room with: https://www.facebook.com/groups/iacpculinary/

How can I showcase my product or brand at conference?

I'm a journalist and would like to cover conference. How do I get a press pass?

If you are a local Santa Fe or New Mexico journalist interested in covering IACP conference, please contact margaret@iacp.com for consideration. In your email, make sure to outline your plan for coverage including which outlets you represent. We are currently only considering applications from local journalists.

Are there scholarship opportunities or student discounts for IACP conference?

Yes! We're planning to offer scholarships to the conference for deserving talented students and up and comers. More information about the 2019 IACP Conference scholarship program is coming soon.

What is the conference refund policy?

If you cancel before February 1, 2019, you will receive a full refund. Between February 2 and April 30, 2019, you will receive a 50% refund. Please contact Margaret Crable at margaret@iacp.com to make these refund requests. From May 1, 2019, there will be no refunds on conference tickets. If after May 1, you experience a personal or family emergency and need to cancel, please submit a refund request to IACP CEO Tanya Steel at tanya@iacp.com for consideration.

If you purchase a ticket to one of our optional events (such as a food tour or workshop) and wish to cancel, please contact Margaret Crable at margaret@iacp.com to arrange.

Is there a Conduct Policy?

Yes. No inappropriate behavior or harassment will be tolerated and any such behavior may get you ejected from the conference. Please be polite, appropriate and considerate to fellow attendees. Any issues or complaints should be directed to Tanya@iacp.com.
